We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or packaging for 5 business days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment will also be accepted for return 5 business days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment errors resulting in an insufficient quantity of product may be subject to corrected fulfillment shipped immediately via UPS Ground upon knowledge of deficiency.

If you wish to return merchandise for any other reason not previously stated you may do so within 5 business days of receipt but shipping and handling costs (including cost associated with returning merchandise to WE Glowsource Inc.) will NOT be refunded and your merchandise total will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Prior approval from WE GLOWSOURCE INC. must be granted for ALL returns, either through our online RMA system or over the phone before return will be accepted. Packages returned without prior approval will be restocked and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
